A modern revolution of homes and pavilions are about to rise in Mexico Pampanga. A startup company called Revolution Precrafted, founded by a Filipino Realtor Jose Roberto Antonio, was selected by Central Country Estate Inc. (CCEI) to construct and deliver a prefabricated structured home. This will cost $115.4 million (Php 5.9 billion) which has a 70-hectare prime development of the 250-hectare lake-shore.

The prefabricated structured home concepts give a solution by choosing a design from a selection and have it delivered right to you. We are giving spice to the old-fashioned concepts by delivering high design structures crafted by the world’s leading designers and architects. It is being offered to give people an idea of how to live in a space where you could appreciate art and live a lakeside lifestyle at the same time.

The development will start this year, but the development of the master plan is expected to be completed over three years. The developers are saying that it is going to be a unique and first world community and make design driven homes more accessible to people.

The most exciting of all is the Revolution Flavorscapes at the Lakeshore that would feature pop-up stores offering cuisines from 200 countries. Antonio also said that the Revolution Flavorscapes at Lakeshore will be the world’s first livable food park, which is going to be so exciting since pop-up stores and food parks are trending businesses nowadays. It will cost Php 6.2 million each.

“We all love food and we believe that there should be a community meant for all our foodies. The world’s first livable food park concept is another fresh concept which continues our tradition of bringing industry-first and world-first projects,” quoted by Jose Roberto Antonio, founder of this unicorn startup. It was called “unicorn” because it has managed its market value quickly rises to over $1 billion.

Revolution Flavorscapes at Lakeshores amenities will include Museum of Ice Cream, Museum of Candy, A Chocolate Gallery, a Microbrewery and a floating restaurant and a floating cinema. This concept is very relatable to Kapampangans since Pampanga is the food capital of the Philippines. Since this project is located near Clark Pampanga where people come and go and accommodates international flights, the economic activity in this area is expected to rise.

According to Brian John Mangio, CCEI Managing Director, they are building a FamiLeisure hub where there is going to be a community swimming pool, a drive-by cinema, museums, spas, and sports center that will promote an active lifestyle. They are very excited to see the outcome of the project and for the people to see more amenities that will be announced in the coming months. Some of their notable partners are Uber, Spotify, Airbnb, SpaceX and more.

Meanwhile, Revolution Precrafted got an international recognition for its pre-crafted homes and pavilions design by some of the world’s most influential and Pritzker award-winning designers including French designer John Nouvel, Iraqi-British designer Zaha Hadid, celebrity Lenny Kravitz and many more.
