The province known as the culinary capital of the Philippines is set to showcase its finest flavors at the first-ever One Pampanga Food and Beverage Expo on September 13 and 14 at SMX Convention Center, Angeles City.

Organizers led by Chie Basco said the expo aims to establish itself as the leading food trade event in the region. It seeks to highlight Pampanga as a hub of culinary excellence and a venue for innovation and collaboration.
The two-day event expects up to 10,000 attendees, bringing together food and beverage professionals, entrepreneurs, suppliers, investors, and enthusiasts. Visitors will enjoy culinary competitions, chef-led talks, and a barista challenge.
Exhibitors range from homegrown businesses to established brands. Major sponsors include Mekeni Food Corp, PLDT, MPTC, Romac Group, SM, Sussies Cuisine, and Asuncion’s.
Mekeni Food Corp President Pruds Garcia expressed the company’s support for small and emerging food ventures in Pampanga. “Food has a story. It’s a story of a family and of a community. We want to inspire small businesses who are just starting that it is not impossible,” Garcia said.
With the One Pampanga Food and Beverage Expo, Pampanga strengthens its reputation as a destination for food excellence while opening opportunities for growth and collaboration in the F&B sector.
