Fiesta Communities, a leading developer in North and Central Luzon, has once again raised the bar in accessible housing with the launch of Kaya Homes by Fiesta Communities. Officially unveiled on March 7, this new brand is dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for minimum wage earners and other hardworking Filipinos striving to own a home.

The momentous occasion was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by key figures from Fiesta Communities, including Sales Operation Supervisor Mary Jane Dungo, Corporate Sales Manager Cristina Santos, Corporate Secretary Jose Pepito Tan, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors Wilfredo Tan, Pampanga Area Manager Gene Ryan Bautista, Marketing Manager Karen Gail Camus, and Area Manager for Tarlac, Zambales, and Bataan Melvin Jason Tan. Their presence highlighted the company’s commitment to making decent and dignified housing more accessible to the Filipino working class.

Kaya Homes by Fiesta Communities embodies the essence of affordability with house and lot packages starting at just P3,925.42 per month. Prospective homeowners can choose between two unit options: the Kaya Bare unit, offering 30 square meters of space, and the Kaya End unit, which provides 45 square meters of living area.

Strategically located in Barangay San Isidro, Magalang, Pampanga, this 4.1-hectare residential development will house up to 653 units. Future residents can look forward to a well-rounded community experience with amenities such as a basketball court, a gated entrance, and a social hall, ensuring both security and leisure for its homeowners.

“This development is the most affordable project we have ever built yet, and we are fortunate to have Magalang as the home of the first-ever Kaya Homes. This brand will eventually be introduced across different provinces in Central Luzon,” stated Karen Gail Camus, Marketing Manager of Fiesta Communities.

To give potential homeowners a closer look at what Kaya Homes has to offer, model units are now open for viewing. Reservations are also being accepted at the Fiesta Communities Dapdap 2 Bayanihan Hall from March 7 to 9, 2025.

With Kaya Homes, Fiesta Communities continues its mission of making homeownership a reality for every hardworking Filipino, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted name in quality yet affordable housing.
