Aqua Planet, the newest and biggest water theme park in the Philippines, is the perfect heavenly body for friends and families who love to experience the embrace of water and kiss of the sun this summer 2018.
A 10-hectare park that has two nine-feet-deep wave pools each for kids and kid-at-heart is located in the developing province of Central Luzon in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
The world-class, P2.5-billion water theme park will surely excite its guests with its thrilling water rides, attractions, adventures, and facilities.
Have fun with the heat with Spiral Slide, a slide with different speed and course; Super Bowl, a four person raft ride; Flow Rider, a surfing machine pool to show off your skills in surfing; Tornado, a four-leaf clover raft that will slide you from the highest platform down straight to the swimming pool; Octopus Racer, collection of loots and tunnels to race with friends and families; Mermaid Bay, perfect for kids who aren’t ready for stimulating rides; Lazy River that will sweep you around the water theme park; and Boogie Bay, a body of water with dual wave pool.
Tourists are provided with waterproof wristbands that have embedded radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchips that will serve as an e-money for less hassle purchase of goods inside the park.
Aqua Planet, an estimated of two-hour drive from Metro Manila via North Luzon Expressway (NLEx), can accommodate 3, 500 guests, daily.
The water theme park is a day-only facility that opens at 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Overnight stay is not yet available but it has cabanas to accommodate its guests that amounting from P3, 000 for 15 persons and P5, 000 for 25 persons. Some chairs and tables with umbrellas are also available for free.
Admission fee ranges from P750 for kids and P950 for adults that entitles you to an unlimited access to all rides and adventures.
Tickets are available at the gates of Aqua Planet, at Midori Hotel also in Clark Freeport and SM ticket malls.
How to get there via public transport: Ride a bus going to Dau, Mabalacat Bus Terminal and from the terminal, ride a Dau-SM-Main Gate jeepney to Bayanihan Terminal. From there you can ride the blue jeepneys heading to Aqua Planet.
If you are going there riding on a private vehicle, don’t forget to bring your smartphones with you and unlimited access to internet data for you to Waze-it your way.
