The centerpiece of the event is the Pampanga Eye, the Philippines’ tallest and largest Ferris wheel, which transforms into a mesmerizing display of 17,664 dancing LED lights. This year, the Ferris wheel becomes even more magical, featuring synchronized music and fireworks that paint the night sky in brilliant hues. Guests were treated to the inaugural 10-minute pyro-musical extravaganza at The Amphitheatre on November 30, marking the official start of the holiday festivities.
This dazzling tradition pays homage to Pampanga’s legacy as the home of the Parul, the handcrafted lanterns symbolizing the Star of Bethlehem. Known for their vibrant, intricate designs, the paruls are celebrated as beacons of hope and joy during the Christmas season. Beyond the lights, the festivities extend to Sky Ranch Pampanga, North Luzon’s first amusement park. Open daily from 12 NN to 10 PM, the park invites families and friends to enjoy thrilling rides, exciting games, and the chance to win fantastic prizes.
