Quest Plus Clark earns Green Stay Excellence Award for eco-conscious hospitality
Quest Plus Conference Center, Clark has earned the Green Stay Excellence Award at the 2025 Central Luzon Star Awards organized by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Tourism Department and the Department of Tourism. This recognition highlights the hotel’s leadership in sustainable tourism and eco-conscious hospitality.
The award honors establishments that lead in integrating environmental initiatives. Quest Plus Clark stood out with programs such as its Food Rescue Initiative, designed to minimize food waste, and Room for Trees, which engages guests in tree planting activities. The hotel also enforces a zero-plastic policy through sustainable packaging and recently introduced glass-to-sand machinery that recycles bottles into usable construction materials.
Beyond its environmental programs, the hotel strengthens community ties through its Live, Love, Local initiative, which supports local industries and promotes inclusive growth.
General Manager Michael Gapin emphasized that the award reflects the team’s collective effort to balance top-tier hospitality with environmental responsibility. He credited the success to the cooperation of guests and partners who support the hotel’s sustainable practices.
Located inside Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City, Quest Plus Clark offers a nature-inspired environment surrounded by greenery and outdoor leisure spaces. Its partner establishment, Mimosa Plus Golf Course, has also been recognized as the country’s first GEO Certified golf course, further reinforcing the property’s commitment to sustainability.
