BDO Unibank has launched the new BDO Online website, offering customers a seamless, secure, and efficient digital banking experience. With the growing reliance on digital solutions for financial management, the enhanced platform ensures that BDO customers can access their accounts, cards, and essential banking services anytime, anywhere.

“We recognize that customers have diverse banking needs that arise at different times of the day,” said Roy Villareal, BDO’s Digital Banking Head. “With this in mind, our goal is to provide a suite of complementary banking channels that allow customers to transact conveniently and securely, whether through our online platform or our extensive branch network. The new BDO Online website is designed to enhance security, accessibility, and overall user experience.”

Key enhancements in the new BDO Online Website:

  • Enhanced Security – Strengthened login protection through SMS One-Time Password (OTP) or push confirmation via the BDO Online app.
  • More Flexible Money Transfers – Increased transfer limits via PESONet, reduced ₱10 InstaPay fee, and free BDO-to-BDO fund transfers.
  • Advanced Card Management – Customers can lock/unlock their cards and set daily transaction limits for added security and control.

With a modernized interface and enhanced functionality, the new BDO Online website is designed to complement the bank’s existing digital banking ecosystem, including the BDO Online and BDO Pay mobile apps. This ensures customers have a wide range of options for managing their finances with ease.

The new BDO Online website is now live at www.onlinebanking.bdo.com.ph, where customers can log in using their existing online banking credentials. Detailed login assistance is also available on the website.

As BDO continues to expand and enhance its digital banking capabilities, the launch of the new platform reaffirms its commitment to providing innovative, customer-centric financial solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of its clients.
