Many Filipinos have left the nation in pursuit of employment, but the continuous growth of businesses across a wide range of sectors means that there are plenty of openings to fill at home.
In fact, the national employment rate rose to 95.5% in October 2022 from 95.0% in the previous month, according to the most recent Labor Force Survey.

The bank debuted with 106 branches and loan offices in 2022, creating a total of over 800 positions, including branch managers, customer service representatives, account officers, and marketing assistants.

The BDO Network Bank expects to open 100 new branches throughout several provinces in 2023. Thus, more employment opportunities should become available.
