Filipino travelers have more reasons to visit Taiwan.
The Taiwan Tourism Administration hosted the 2026 Taiwan Tourism Workshop in Clark, Pampanga, bringing Taiwan’s top tourism players closer to Philippine travel partners.
Held at SMX Convention Center Clark, the event connected travel agencies, airlines, and hotel groups. The focus was collaboration and growth.
The workshop began with a Travel Mart. Philippine travel professionals met Taiwanese suppliers face to face. They explored package deals, seasonal promotions, and new experiences suited for Filipino travelers.
The Taiwan Tourism Partnership and Boost Project highlighted fresh campaigns designed to attract more visitors from the Philippines.
From city escapes in Taoyuan to hotel stays at The Landis Taipei, Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei Ximen, Kaohsiung Ahotel, and The Grand Hotel, Taiwan showcased diverse travel options. Cathay Hospitality Management added premium accommodation offerings.
EVA Air and STARLUX Airlines presented enhanced connectivity options, making Taiwan more accessible from Clark and Manila.
Dr. Richard G. Daenos of the Department of Tourism Region 3 and Ms. Cindy Chen of the Taiwan Tourism Information Center in Manila led the opening ceremony.

The event closed with cultural performances that gave attendees a glimpse of Taiwan’s heritage.
