Authentic Korean dining redefined at Huwon by Kiwa Clark Pampanga

A new fine dining gem has opened at Royce Hotel and Casino. Huwon by Kiwa promises a Seoulful culinary journey that captures the essence of authentic Korean cuisine.

Inspired by the secret royal gardens of Korea’s Joseon dynasty, Huwon combines culture, health, and artistry. The restaurant’s interiors reflect elegance and exclusivity, mirroring the experience of dining like Korean royalty.

Jayson Victorino of Royce Hotel shared that Huwon aims to enrich Clark’s dining scene. “We are excited to present the culinary heritage of Seoul, adding a distinctive dimension to Pampanga’s diverse gastronomy. Through this fine dining restaurant, our dream is to promote healthy living,” he said.

Huwon emphasizes “food as medicine.” Each dish features fresh, seasonal, and fermented ingredients that nourish both body and soul. The menu avoids frying and instead focuses on grilling and steaming. Smoke-free grill technology enhances the Korean barbecue experience while preserving natural flavors.

Signature dishes include Yangnyeom Galbi (sweet marinated beef short ribs), Samgyeopsal (pork belly), and Galbitang (beef rib soup with ginseng). Appetizers such as Chadolbagi (beef brisket salad) and Modum-jeon (assorted pancakes) highlight Korea’s vibrant culinary tradition. For dessert, diners can enjoy Pat Bingsu, a refreshing treat with shaved ice and sweet red beans.

Each course follows traditional Korean dining flow—banchan first, followed by hearty soups and grilled meats—creating a balanced and immersive meal.

Private VIP rooms are available for intimate gatherings, while the restaurant’s refined service completes the experience.

Huwon by Kiwa is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For reservations, contact (+63) 9544661067 or email huwonbykiwareservations@gmail.com. Follow Huwon by Kiwa on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
