Mendokoro Ramenba and Ramen Yushoken bring ramen closer to Pampanga through a one-week food truck pop-up

Pampanga food lovers are in for a treat as two of the country’s most beloved ramen brands, Mendokoro Ramenba and Ramen Yushoken, bring their food truck experience to SkyRanch at SM City Pampanga.

From September 26 to October 2, guests can enjoy a week-long pop-up offering rich and flavorful ramen bowls that have made the two names household favorites among noodle fans. Serving hours run daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., giving diners plenty of time to satisfy their cravings.

Mendokoro Ramenba and Ramen Yushoken are widely known for their tonkotsu ramen, prepared with slow-cooked pork bone broth and fresh noodles. Their reputation has grown from Manila to the rest of the country, drawing long queues of loyal fans eager to get a taste of authentic Japanese-style ramen.

This food truck pop-up brings that same experience closer to Kapampangans, making it convenient for families, groups of friends, and solo diners to indulge without traveling far. Whether you are a regular patron or new to Japanese ramen, the food truck pop-up promises steaming bowls packed with flavor.

With the pop-up lasting only a week, ramen fans are encouraged to mark their calendars and visit early to avoid missing out on this special experience.
