The SM Super Spelling Bee is back for its second year, bringing together young spellers from across the Philippines. After a strong debut, this year’s edition expands to 40 SM Supermalls nationwide.
The competition gives students the chance to shine on stage, showcase their spelling skills, and enjoy a live contest filled with energy. This year also marks SM Supermalls’ 40th anniversary, adding more meaning to the celebration.
“SM Supermalls has always been a happy place for kids to learn and explore,” said Hanna Carinna T. Sy, AVP for Marketing Special Events and Leasing. “The SM Super Spelling Bee is our way of celebrating learning while giving our #SuperKids a chance to shine.”
In Central Luzon, elimination rounds run from August 23 to September 20 across seven SM malls. The series started at SM City Marilao, with upcoming rounds at SM City Tarlac and SM City Bataan on September 6, SM City Clark and SM City Baliwag on September 13, and SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Grand Central on September 20.
