BMW has officially launched its first Retail.Next showroom in the Philippines, bringing a seamless blend of physical and digital retail experiences to customers. The Pampanga Premier Cars dealership, located on the ground floor of the CGIC Building along Jose Abad Santos Avenue, marks a significant step in redefining the luxury automotive shopping experience in the country.
The showroom’s inauguration was led by officials from SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp., BMW’s official importer and distributor in the Philippines, alongside executives from the Laus Group of Companies, BMW’s dealership partner in Northern Luzon.
Retail.Next, BMW’s latest global retail concept, focuses on an open and interactive showroom layout that integrates digital tools for a more immersive customer experience. Among its key features is the Emotional Virtual Experience (EVE), a 3D visualization tool that allows customers to personalize and explore their chosen vehicle in different configurations and environments.
Lars Nieslen, Managing Director of BMW Group Asia, emphasized the importance of this modernized approach. “In today’s retail landscape, both the physical and digital space remain equally important and need to seamlessly come together, ensuring customers have the best experience possible,” he stated in a video message during the launch.
The Pampanga Premier Cars showroom spans 1,256 square meters and accommodates six BMW cars along with models from BMW Motorrad. The design features spacious interiors, a dedicated BMW Café, and a customer hospitality area, reflecting the brand’s commitment to comfort and sophistication. The showroom also houses a multifunction bay for vehicle handovers and product launches, as well as private lounges for sales and service consultations.
Notably, the facility is also the first BMW dealership in the country to be powered by solar energy, reinforcing the brand’s sustainability efforts. Electrified BMW models can be charged on-site through installed Type 2 charging points.
