The Hausland Pampanga subdivision which opened its doors to the Kapampangans last year, November 17, promised a unique and convenient way of living to the present and future homeowners.
The said village which was about two-minutes drive from the Mexico, Pampanga exit of the Northern Luzon Expressway (NLEX), was the first housing development of the Hausland brand, owned by the multiawarded Kapampangan homegrown developer for 30 years, Hausland Development Corporation (HDC).
It was located at the portion of Barangays Panipuanin, Mexico and Calulut, City of San Fernando with a 16.9-hectare highly secured and peaceful subdivision.
Hausland Pampanga will also offer development features amenities, such as the Pavilion, swimming pool, basketball court, gym, landscaped parks and playground to be built soon for the benefit of the homeowner’s to have a middle-class lifestyle.
HDC gave discounts for early reservations and the preselling began last year, November 06.
The subdivision’s five model units were called Bree, Liz, Eve, Sab and Sue.
